Biography:

David R. Weber loves acting, the doing, the studying, the directing, and the teaching. Recent stage credits include world priemer of<em> Mutal Consent</em> at California Rep, <em>Celebration</em> at Red Orchid, and <em>Pavillion, MacBeth</em>, <i>A Strange Case of Henry Darger</i>, Oberon for Piccolo Theatre’s production of<i> A Midsummer Night’s Dream</i>, and Kit Carson for UIC’s production of <i>The Time of your Life</i>. David is at California State University Long Beach, teaching beginning acting techniques for the Undergraduates and acting through movement and theory and practice classes for the BA Majors, he is also an ensemble member with the California Repertory Company while pursuing his MFA in Theatre Performance Pedagogy.  David has been recognized as one of the Top Ten Actors in Atlanta, Sunday Paper for his work in Terrence McNally’s <i>A Perfect Ganesh</i>, and he is the current recipient of the Chicago Bar Association Award at The University of Illinois at Chicago 2013 where he also has received his BFA in Performance
