Call for workshop submissions
We’re seeking proposals for experiential workshops in an artistic or pedagogical practice relating to our theme of Transformation and Translation: Connecting Forms, Bodies, and Communities.
Solo workshop leaders are allotted up to 30 minutes, collaboratively led workshops are allotted up to 45 minutes.
Some questions for consideration:
- How do your training techniques, pedagogies, modes of creation, bodies, and communities relate/connect to each other?
- How do we talk about our work?
- How does one kind of practice relate to another?
After every few workshops we’ll have a group discussion about connections and experiences. For example, investigating how a workshop engages with our pre-con theme, and to our work as artists/educators, and how the workshops connect to one another.
Submission Guidelines – please include:
- A brief bio(approx. 250 words)
- Your contact info: Name, Affiliation, Email, Phone Number
